The bollard, retractable and completely removable in the ground, aims to limit access to pedestrian areas or small perimeters. It has an impact resistance equal to that developed by impact with a vehicle at contained speed. It is equipped with a gas spring which facilitates its lifting and, with the unlocking key, it can be locked in the up or down position.
A cylindrical mechanical tube in Fe360 (diameter 200 mm – thickness 4 mm, height 500) subjected to two types of treatment which protect against atmospheric agents:
Electro-zinc plating Anti-scratch, anthracite-colored silicone-based paint
A key locking mechanism and a gas spring mechanism for easy lifting.
Hot-dip galvanized formwork for walling into the ground
The standard installation foresees an excavation, adapted to the force that the bollard has to withstand, in which to introduce the formwork system in a cement plinth. The dimension of the cement plinth must be studied to ensure that the bollard withstands the required impact force. A retro-reflective film with high light response, which allows the visibility of the terminal during night hours. Forced passage resistance 111,000 j – Impact resistance without deformation 5,000 J.
